Pepperoni Soup {Crock Pot Recipe}

Y'all know how I am about soups in my crock pot, I'm obsessed! This is a great, easy recipe that I make for those cold and lazy days, makes my apartment smell great too!

What You Need:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 package Turkey Pepperoni
1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh)
1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 bunch Green Onions (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp olive oil
2 small cans of tomato paste
28 oz crushed tomatos
4 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper

What You Do:
Brown ground beef and drain.
Saute onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic with the olive oil.
Stir all together in crock pot and cook for for 4-8 hours.
(Can also be cooked on stove top - bring to boil and then simmer for at least 30 minutes)
I like to top mine with Parmesan Cheese.
